At yookl, every journal is custom printed just for you. Since our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect selections.
Please review the policy below before placing your order:
🔁 We Do Not Accept Returns For:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong journal (style, design, or size)

Typos, spelling errors, or custom content issues submitted by the customer
Because our journals are printed specifically for each order, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.
✅ We Will Offer a Replacement or Refund If:

Your item arrives damaged

There is a printing defect or manufacturing issue

Your order is lost in transit

You received the wrong item
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

🌍 For International Orders
We fulfill orders globally using the closest available print facility. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll reprint and reship from the best available location—no physical returns required.
📝 Note on Personalized Content
For customized journals, please double-check your content for accuracy. We print exactly what you provide and are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.
🕐 Issue Resolution
We aim to resolve all valid claims within 3–5 business days of receiving your request.
